Mother Goose Storytime

Children birth to 2.5 years can join Miss Diana for stories and songs.

No need to register, just drop-in. Siblings welcome!

Rainbow Magic Book Club

Children in grades K and up are welcome to join Miss Alex for a book discussion, fairy games, and a craft. Registration required

Preschool Storytime

Families with children ages 2.5 and up can join Miss Alex for developmentally relevant; stories, songs, and fingerplays. Sibling welcome! No need to register, just drop-in.

Toddler Drive-in

Build a car from a cardboard box and watch a short film with your toddler.

Kids in the Kitchen  

Young chefs learn how to make fun pancake art using pancake mix and their imagination!

For kids ages 8 to 11.  Space is limited to 8.  Registration begins Jan. 10.

Join us for an evening of candy making!

Crazy 8’s Math Club Grades K-2

Kids in grades K-2 are welcome to put their math skills to the test in fun games, puzzles, and other activities in this relaxed after school club! Registration required. Limit 12.You are registering for all 8 classes. Registration opens 1/22

Crazy 8’s Math Club Grades 3-6

Toddler Art

Join Miss Alex to do various art actives every month on Fridays! Registration required for each session. Ages 2 & up only, please.

Slime Saturdays

Make a new type of slime each month. Registration required for EACH session.

Ages 3 and up with an adult. Limit 15.

Minecraft Party

Grab your diamond sword and join us at the Durham public library for Minecraft themed games, prizes, snacks, and crafts! Some PC’s and accounts will be available to play Minecraft on. Feel free to bring your own device and account.

American Girl Tea Party

Join us for an American Girl Tea Party! Come dressed up in your fanciest tea party attire! Make sure your doll is dressed to her best as well! Refreshments, crafts, and games will be provided. This event is for young ladies (and their favorite dolls) ages 6 to 12. This is a free event, however, registration is required. Registration will begin on 3/1.
