Live Well Workshops for Adults with Chronic Illness
LIVE WELL WORKSHOPS: Tuesdays starting April 5th through May 10th, 10-12:30pm 
Live Well is a FREE six-week workshop for adults with long-term health conditions who want to learn better ways of dealing with pain, fatigue, difficult emotions, anxiety and stress. Participants can learn easy exercises to help improve or maintain strength and energy; better nutrition; and appropriate use of medications. Live Well is also beneficial for caregivers, family and friends. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. To sign-up, contact Claudia White at 860-301-8215.

Book Lovers’ Circle May

Hedda Kopf,  engaging leader of book discussions, returns to the Durham Public Library for an evening of stimulating conversation.

On Wednesday, April 6, the focus will be on Anthony Marra’s A Constellation of Vital Phenomena. The discussion will be held at 7:30  in the Activity Room of the library.
